1. Booking Policy

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
  • Failure to complete the payment on time may result in booking cancellation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund available.
  • Force Majeure (e.g., COVID-19 travel restrictions): We may offer trip rescheduling or credit toward future travel.

3. Travel Insurance Requirement

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

✔ Lost Luggage & Flight Delays

4. Payment Terms & Secure Transactions

  • All payments are processed via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.
  • We do not store any credit card details.
  • Payment receipts are automatically emailed after successful transactions.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet entry requirements (visas, vaccinations, COVID-19 guidelines).
  • Vixen Escapes is not responsible for unexpected health risks or travel delays.

6. Conduct & Responsibility

  • Respect local cultures & laws while traveling with our groups.
  • Any illegal activities or behavior disrupting group safety will result in immediate trip termination with no refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Vixen Escapes is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during travel.
  • We are not responsible for flight cancellations, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.”
