Yes, in fact, most of our travelers are solo adventurers! You’ll be warmly welcomed into our sisterhood, with plenty of opportunities to connect and build friendships. Roommate matching is available if you don’t want a private room.
Is this a safe way for women to travel?
Absolutely. We select safe, high-quality accommodations and vetted local partners in every destination. Each trip is led or hosted by professionals to ensure your comfort, safety, and fun.

How do I book a trip?
Booking is easy! Just visit our Packages page, choose your destination, and click “Book Now.” You’ll be directed to our secure TravelJoy booking portal to complete your reservation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our TravelJoy platform. All payments are processed securely.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Most of our packages include flexible installment options. You can pay a deposit now and the remaining balance over time – perfect for budgeting your dream getaway.
Will I receive confirmation after booking?
Yes, immediately after booking through TravelJoy, you’ll receive a confirmation email, receipt, and access to your personal trip dashboard.

What is included in each travel package?
Every trip is uniquely crafted, but most include: luxury accommodations, welcome events, daily breakfast, curated excursions, airport transfers, on-site support, and a dedicated travel concierge. Exact details are listed on each package page.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included unless clearly mentioned on the trip page. However, we do provide arrival instructions, local transfers, and can offer guidance on best flight options if needed.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected delays, medical needs, or cancellations. It adds peace of mind and is often required depending on the destination.
What should I pack?
Don’t worry — we send a full Welcome Packet after booking, including a packing list tailored to your destination, weather, and trip activities.

How do you ensure safety on your trips?
our safety is our top priority. We choose destinations that are women-traveler friendly, work with certified local vendors, and always provide 24/7 in-trip support. Our groups are small and intimate to ensure a personalized, secure experience.
I have dietary restrictions. Can they be accommodated?
Yes. We do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Please let us know during booking, and we will coordinate with vendors to ensure you have suitable meal options.
Can I get a private room?
Yes! Most trips offer private room upgrades. Simply choose the “Private Room” option during your booking or request it through our team.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Each trip has its own cancellation terms outlined on the booking page. In general, deposits are non-refundable, but in some cases you may be eligible for credit or a transfer depending on the timing of your cancellation.
Can I transfer my trip to another person?
Yes, you may be able to transfer your booking to someone else if you’re no longer able to attend. Transfer requests must be made at least 30 days before the trip date and may incur an admin fee.
What happens if Vixen Escapes cancels a trip?
In the unlikely event that we cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund or be offered a credit for a future experience — your choice.

You’ll receive an email confirmation, your personal trip dashboard (via TravelJoy), and a Welcome Packet with all details, including itinerary, packing guide, and next steps.
How do I connect with other travelers before the trip?
